Embroidery on plastic canvas with tapes or trimming fabric
Embroidery technology on plastic canvas with ribbons will show on the example of this stand under hot. In this case, sliced fabric strips were used for embroidery. In the center of the stand - a tile, but you can do without it.
To work, you will need:
- A piece of mesh and canvas 52 by 52 cm,
- the cloth,
- threads
- tile,
- hook, it will be fine if you find a hook with an eye
- Needle with big ear
- Glue and scissors
First we will fly the edge of the plastic mesh strip of fabric. The braid is not necessary to do volume, so we stretch tape tight. For convenience, you can designate the future pattern on the canva with thin contrasting threads.
With the help of a hook we make a small loop from the tape
Pull some more loops tape
Then skip a thick thread through the loop, so the loops will remain volumetric
Continue to embroider in a circle - pull out five or six loops, pass through them thread. When you finish the work, there will be many tails from tapes and threads, they should not be cut, we will hide them under the loops. Thus, no tails will remain on the outside nor back.
If, when stretching the tape through the loop, a small tail remains, cut it
Use adhesive moment for gluing tiles
