1. First you need to prepare a tape mesh. It is necessary to run the seam, and then removed. Therefore, you can use it repeatedly (rationally buy a rare immediately, let's say 5 meters so that in the future it could be even a very wide skirt). Cut the rigid ribbon tape from one edge.
2. The charm of the grid ribbon is that it allows you to use the hem as narrowly as possible. For this, the next step will be drawing 3 longitudinal threads. As a result, it turns out the similarity of a very short crest. Three threads are removed for the maximum of narrow bending, but you can delete more.
3. The next step is incorrectly shown in the photo, but I will clarify. Here you can see that I put a tape mesh along the edge of the chiffon and secured. But for a cleaner finish (and without risk of cruise edge), overlay the ribbon-grid for about half theft (approximately 1.3 cm) from the edge of chiffon, so that the seams grab more captured the fabric, which has the property to crumble. The tape is superimposed on the front of the fabric.
4. Once again I remind you that this step is incorrectly shown in the photo (the grid ribbon should be half the edge of the fabric). Here you can see how the ribbon mesh is under the needle. It is possible to watch the line to go smoothly and remained within the "Combs" area, did not enter the scope of the threads, because you will pull it later. If you go to the weave, That will not be able to pull the tape mesh!
5. Now the most important point. The grid ribbon envelopes the main fabric and turns out to be offline. Chiffon turns around the released grid ribbon comb (that is why it is enough to remove only 3 threads. You can delete and more, depending on the placement of your line line, but it is easier for me to install your needle with the edge of the fabric).
6. After you wrapped the fabric, laid the line right in the middle of your bending.
7. Now pull the main fabric and carefully pull the tape-grid! If you all completed correctly, in the folding fabric you have only a comb. Thus, the tape mesh can simply pull out! The photo shows how narrow and smooth bending turned out! The ribbon mesh is strong enough and does not allow delicate tissue stretching.
