Recently, a woman named Iren Sandler died at the age of 98th. During World War II, Irena received permission to work in Warsaw Ghetto as a plumbing / welder. She had "hidden motifs". Irena led the name of the names of all children with her, she kept the lists in a glass jar, buried under
Tree in her backyard. After the war, she tried to find everyone possible surviving parents and reunite families. But most of them graduated from life in gas chambers. Children with whom she helped were arranged in orphanages or adopted. Last year, Irena Sandler was nominated for the Nobel Prize of the World. She was not elected.
