We need:

- the cloth;
- tapes;
- Flowers;
- cutter for circles or circular and scissors;
- decorative needles;
- needle and thread;
- adhesive gun or glue;
- Singry procession for filling.
Progress:
From the cardboard, cut the circle, with a diameter of 10.5 cm.
Two more circles cut out of the tissue - with a diameter of 14 and 22 cm.
In the middle of a larger fabric mug put a circle cardboard and we are cut around the perimeter, forming neat folds.
Around the Tuli we assume ribbons, fasten them with decorative pins.
Print flowers.
