Nowadays, umbrellas from the sun are becoming increasingly. Perhaps indeed, all new is well forgotten old :)
Nevertheless, the openwork umbrella not only brings joyful emotions, but also protects his owner from the scorching sunny rays.
What would be closer to get acquainted with this new "old" accessory, I want to show how the umbrella from the sun is going on.
To work, we will need:
- hook (number corresponding to the thickness of the thread), in our example I used No. 1.25;
- yarn, for our umbrella was chosen white Lily yarn from merserized cotton;
- beads white;
- hairpins;
- paper sheet;
- pencil;
- umbrella cane.
So, it all starts with the thinking of a common idea-picture: a frame of an umbrella, the shape of the handle of the cane, the color of the spokes and all parts of the umbrella, the amount of spokes, the diameter of the dome, the dome color, and most importantly - the dome pattern!
When all the details are thought out, we look for a suitable umbrella cane for the frame, and the logs of logs / Internet in search of the desired scheme for the dome pattern.
I already had a frame. And since I really wanted to make an umbrella dome from individual motives, then in this direction and the schemes were found. It is important that the number of leg segments of the motif corresponded to the number of spokes of the umbrella.
The scheme that was taken as a basis is a large flower with eight petals. The flower scheme came out of the magazine, it took only the minimum fitting pattern.
Tied the first central flower, try it on the framework.
Next will be more eight of the same motives. The only difference is that these motifs are already connected in a circle among themselves in the process of mating.
We try our motifs on the frame, pins with studs so that the associated elements take their position on the dome.
Next, our task is to connect to a single web with a model with a middle. To do this, we make the pattern of empty spaces on paper. For this pattern, we think over and make a simple scheme of the connection connection.
And this is how the empty space is filling on a paper pattern from the central flower:
After connecting the parts, it happens again on the frame.
And now we connect the central motive with the rest:
Similarly, the edge of the umbrella is applied.
The last row can be decorated with satin ribbon, beading or the soul of you like :)
