Assembling sewing machine
For the manufacture of a fastening bracket, the machine must be cut from sheet steel, preferably from stainless, strip of at least 14 cm long and 1.5-2 cm wide. You can simply buy a perforated plate and cut the item from it. In this case, it will immediately be holes that will be required in the future.
It is necessary that there are 3 holes on the plate, so if it is cut simply from sheet steel, then they will be drilled. The diameter of the central must match the collet cartridge so that it could be inserted into it and clamp.
Before this, the cartridge should be cut off the part that is satisfied with the engine shaft.
Next, the plate is bent into the P-shaped bracket. It is important that the distance between its bent edges is no less than the width available bumps for threads.
You also need to make a specialized needle. For this, an ordinary needle is taken for the sewing machine and the grooves cut into its foundation. The size of the obtained groove should exceed the diameter of the threads to be used. In this regard, it is necessary to initially redo the most thick needle.
A handle for the machine is pulled out of the wooden workpiece, the same shape that is used on the files. It must be comfortable and smooth.
The bracket made is primed to the handle. Then in its central hole is inserted and the collet cartridge is plugged. After that, through 2 side openings, screw fastening with a spool with already wounded threads.
The end of the thread starts through the cartridge from the bracket. Next, the needle is clamped in Tsang so that the thread fell into a cutting chute. As a result, she will be able to stretch freely. Then the end of the thread is passed through the needle's eyelas. In this form, the tool is ready to use.
To use them, you need to break through the fork of the hole in the skin. After that, the first of them start the needle, and the end of the thread with a reserve for the length of the seam is stretched. Next, the needle is stitched into the next hole, the free end of the thread on the turn is passed through the loop and the action is repeated until the end of the seam.
