For the arrangement of the bathroom, we took without special prior planning.
There were no drawings, drawings, color or stylistic preferences - there were several common ideas.
The main idea was that I wanted to have a bathroom. Not a storage room, not a shower, not laundry, but something like a small home SPA, in which it is nice to spend at least a minute, at least an hour. So the washing machine went to the kitchen, and all household chemicals are stored in baskets on the shelves in the toilet. And, of course, even though the bath I myself accept very rarely, the question of installing the shower was not stood: What is the bathroom without the bath itself?
The chandelier hangs on the ceiling. Such a solution was very logical for me, as I tried to achieve a bathroom perception as a room. And the chandelier is just an attribute of a full room. Well, in fact, a lot, a lot of light in the bathroom - this was my second desire. From here and specific solutions "on the ground": a three-rise chandelier gives quite enough light for five "squares", and the white glossy tile reflects perfectly and enhances it.
Additional advantage: The tile is simple and stands very modest. When we came for the purchase, the "Keramine" store was also an action, so that the tile cost about 4 dollars per 1 square meter.
And the last task: natural materials wherever possible. The number of plastic surrounding man in the modern city is already frightened. Therefore, for your bathroom, I chose a simple cast-iron bath, and the ceiling is spawned and painted.
There are no breakthrough technologies in our bathroom, but there are several small details that make it more convenient. For example, we raised the bath higher by installing on the blocks. Thanks to this you do not need to lean too deep when you wash the bath or bathe children.
Ceramic sides around the bathroom are wide enough to make toys, toiletries, a cup of coffee or even candles and buckets with champagne fit on them.

But the idea to hang in the bathroom a big clock belongs to me. It is not just a room decoration, but a very practical thing. The reflection of the clock is visible in the mirror, it helps to keep track of the time when you are going to work in the morning or in the evening.
We took care of the room there are enough hooks and rails. Together with niches, shelf and trolley on the wheels, it turned out enough space for storing towels and other things. The items we use often are placed open on hooks at a distance of an elongated hand. Electric shaver, cotton disks and the like, on the contrary, are planted in a basket or in small wooden containers.
The stool in the bathroom also serves as a basket for dirty linen. It is easily placed near the bath, and under the tabletop washbasin.
In conclusion, I want to say that light neutral premises may seem boring, but, on the other hand, to ask and change the mood in them with accessories, useful and pleasant. There may be decades between repairs, but the towels, mats and soap are easy and simply can be changed at least every year.
