A small master class on how with a piece of fabric and glue transform old boots.
I present to your attention the next way to alteration of boots with minimal costs and does not require special skills.
We need: old boots, thin fabric (for example, x / b), glue (I used the transparent glue "moment"). Here's how my boots looked to the alteration:
I decided to modify the details with the tongue and the heel. In principle, you can choose other parts of the shoes to change. So, for removing the pattern of the desired detail, I pasted it with paper scotch, then rejected it and immediately glued to the fabric. I spied this method in one video by alteration of the Ked from Sasha Sanochka (link to YouTube).
Next, cut out the parts, gently glue to the shoes on the right places, you cut off with small scissors or a stationery knife. That's all :)
I do not know how much they will be resistant to moisture. Spring check :)
