Secret Eaters

Anonim

I turned off the light, "covered the" computer, pulled out a refrigerator out of the outlet and looked at how the consumption of electricity shows the counter.

Secret Eaters

80 watts This is 700 kW. * H per year, for which you have to pay up to 3525 rubles!

In any modern apartment, a variety of devices operating in standby mode are constantly included. Although they are turned off, these devices consume some energy required to turn on from the console or button.

At home I discovered 28 devices that were included in the network and consumed electricity. I measured their consumption in standby mode using the power meter.

Boneco Air Purifier (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/365589.html) - 0.4 W (10.28 rubles per year)

Satellite OpenBox Receiver (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/341563.html) - 5.7 W (167.01 rub. Per year)

Xbox 360 game console (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/249585.html) - 0.7 W (20.51 rub. Per year)

Receiver Yamaha 861 - 0.1 W (2.93 rubles per year)

Plasma TV Panasonic 50st30 (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/137437.html) - 0.3 W (8.79 rubles per year)

DVD player Pioneer 575 - 0.1 W (2.93 rubles per year)

Computer in sleep mode - 1.3 W (38.09 rub. Per year)

Monitor ViewSonic VA926 - 0.7 W (20.51 rub. Per year)

Laptop - 0.5 W (14.65 rubles per year)

IKEA bedside bottom (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/116736.html) - 2.8 W (82.04 rub. Per year)

The second lift base of IKEA - 2.8 W (82.04 rubles. In the year)

Luminous Alarm Clock Philips (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/330021.html) - 1.7 W (49.81 rub. Per year)

TV LCD Sony 26 "- 0.2 W (5.86 rub. Per year)

Pioneer receiver - 1.2 W (35.16 rubles per year)

Radio compute with the projector Vitek - 1.7 W (49.81 rubles per year)

DELONGHI ESAM-2600 Coffee machine (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/22472.html) - 1.3 W (38.09 rubles per year)

TV LCD Philips 20 "- 1.0 W (29.3 rub. Per year)

Cheremsso Uno coffee machine (Cremesso Uno) - 0.2 W (5.86 rubles per year)

Sony HX30 Music Center - 0.1 W (2.93 rubles per year)

Washing machine LG 12400NDK - 0.1 W (2.93 rubles per year)

SAMSUNG air conditioning - 1.1 W (32.23 rubles per year)

Air Conditioning Hitachi Inverter - 5.6 W (164.08 rub. Per year)

In addition, there are several constantly working devices:

Zyxel Keenetic router (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/643947.html) - 3.5 W (102.55 rub. Per year)

Switch D-Link des-1024d - 2.8 W (82.04 rub. Per year)

Video Surveillance System (Registrar and 4 Cameras) (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/49699.html) - 16.2 W (474.66 rub. Per year)

Base of radiotelephone Gigaset - 1.2 W

(http://ammo1.livejournal.com/150266.html) (35.16 rubles per year)

Gigaset radiotelephone charging station with a fully charged phone on it - 0.6 W (17.58 rubles per year)

CO2 Level Meter (http://ammo1.livejournal.com/500385.html) - 0.4 W (11.72 rub. Per year)

In total, it turned out 54.3 W, but the meter has a measurement accuracy of 0.1W and may be wrong. Measurement gradation at the counter 0.02 kW (20 W).

I pay for electricity 3.90 rubles. from 7.00 to 23.00 and 1 rub. from 23.00 to 7.00 (two-time accounting for houses with electric stoves), the maximum tariff in Moscow is now 5.03 rubles. (SingleTarithic accounting for houses without electric stove).

Thus, 700 kW * h, which consumes these devices, cost me 2055 rubles per year.

Surprisingly, a small satellite receiver turned out to be the most voracious in waiting mode. I use it just a few times a year, so of course I immediately disabled it, like half of the devices listed in the list. Consumption fell twice.

At the same time, I measured the consumption of several more devices:

TECHNICS CD Player - 3.1 W

TOSHIBA DVD Recorder - 6.8 W

Computer in the off mode - 0.8 W

Zray from laptop - 0.2 W

I wonder how Panasonic and Sony televisions behave, as well as the LG washing machine. After switching off, they consume quite a lot (Sony LCD 17.2 W, plasma TV Panasonic 50st30 - 13.9 watts, LG 12400NDK washing machine - 3.0 W), but after a few minutes they click relays and consumption becomes very low (0.2, 0.3 and 0.1 W, respectively ).

But the consumption of some devices in working mode:

Plasma TV Panasonic 50st30 - 270 W

Monitor ViewSonic VA926 - 25.4 W

Computer (Pentium G3258 / 8GB / 128SSD + 1500HDD) - 30 W

Laptop (Core i3 / 4/500 / NVIDIA) - 66 W

Walk around the house and see what you are included in the network. Determine with the help of a power meter, how much "eat" your electrical appliances in standby mode. To do this, an ordinary counter need to measure the number of revolutions of the disk in 5 minutes, divide to the specified number of revolutions per kW * h (for example, 1280 revolutions per kW * h) and multiply by 12 (the number of five-minute intervals in an hour). Electronic counters can show current consumption (on my to do this, you need to press the top button once).

It may be time to disable most of them and include them only if necessary, but at the same time, and reduce the danger of fire due to devices constantly included in the network.
