Such a material as satin ribbon: bright, brilliant, malleable in work, and, relatively, not expensive, gives an excellent opportunity to experiment. What I am pleased and do.
What does it work out - to judge you.
Today I will share another option of roses. We will make them from a ribbon 2,5 cm wide
So, what we need:
1. Satin ribbons 2,5 cm wide. Two shades of pink and one green for sewers.
2. Clay
3. Scissors
4. Candle or lighter
We start with the fact that we cut the ribbons to create petals, on segments, 12 cm long.
For convenience, I immediately fall the edge of the tapes on the candle so that they do not bother.
We fold two tapes of different shades together, the invalid side inside.
We drive ribbons at right angles. Pay attention to the locations of the tapes, it depends on what the edge of the petal, dark or light.
Next wrap up the right side of the tape.
And now on the opposite side, we lower down.
We connect the edges of the tape to get the petal. We glue from together or solder on the candle.
For clarity, I made a video clip. To create a petal and the assembly of the flower itself.
Similarly, we make four green leafs and glue them to the bottom of the rose.
