You will need only markers that draw on any surfaces. This is a great idea that will not spend a huge budget for festive decorations!
Materials and tools

- Flomasters writing on any surfaces (thin, medium or thick) - they can be found in the woodworking department
- Water
- Cotton swabs

Preparation
Select the thickness of the rod at the marker depending on the drawing you want to apply on the plate. I used black and silver markers with a thin rod, as well as a rather thick black felt-tumbler.
Prepare and put a glass of water and cotton sticks, which will need to erase inaccuracies or even the whole drawing and start again.

Step 1. Take a plate and scotch. I glued two horizontal scotch strips to then draw triangles of the same size and height.
Step 2. Before using a felt-tip pen, shake it and several times during the pair of seconds in the paper. This will allow you to avoid klyax.
Step 3. You can start and decorate a plate with several beautiful triangles drawn by a silver felt-tip pen.
If you went out of the edges or made a triangle of the wrong shape, use a cotton wand, pre-lowered it into a glass with water to erase the non-fulfilled fragment.
Step 4. While the triangles dry, take the black felt-tumbler to fill in black the lower part of the plate. At the same time, it is important very carefully to circle the contour!
You can leave the filled space to dry and proceed to the next drawing.
Step 5. Over silver triangles, cover the two new scotch strips and fill the space between them with a black marker.
Step 6. Wait 10-15 minutes before removing the scotch.
Step 7. If uneven edges remained after scotch, you can correct them with a cotton wand.
Step 8. Put the black dots at the ends of the triangles with a black marker.
Use a gray felt-tip pen to fill the black space from the bottom with gray dots.
Step 9. Put small black dots throughout the bike.
