High ceilings are a dream of any designer. Fortunately, in the standard apartment you can apply some tricks and visually "raise" them. One of the techniques that will provide the room with an extra depth - the effect of the drop of levels. It can be created, for example, with the help of the original outlet around the chandelier.
You will need:
- Wallpaper with a tree texture;
- wide wooden planks;
- Suitable glue for wallpaper;
- simple pencil;
- liquid Nails;
- roulette;
- Long line;
- paint in the cylinder;
- saw;
- sockets for decor;
- fracture
Such decor is suitable only for those ceilings that can be saved by wallpaper. If your ceiling is covered with chart, some of the chandelier will have to be washed. Set aside the same distance from the center of chandeliers. Here is the width of the socket near the meter, it means you should debug 50 cm. Then mark the parties of the future square, the drawing of the neat lines with a simple pencil.

Saveful to do this job during the day when the lamp is turned off. Around the lamp that is previously unscrewed, make slots with scissors.
Wooden strips and sockets cover the layer of paint and wait for them to complete drying. If you work with oil dyes, it is better to produce this procedure for a day before the start of finishing works.
Apply liquid nails on each rosette and glue the corners of the square.
It is important that they are located on wallpapers, at the same distance in all corners.
Cut the planks of the desired length and stick to the ceiling to liquid nails. Sockets will help to navigate.
If there are scratches on the sockets and potholes, close them with a special filler for wood and cover another layer of paint. Place the joint of the planks and the socket to treat with liquid nails.
The ceiling is ready. With this design, it will seem higher.
