I do not have special paint for decoupage, I use acrylic for heating radiators. In order for the paint firmly lay down, I completely cleaned the skin, covered with PVA glue, dried with a hairdryer and coated with a white acrylic twice. I was dried first with a hairdryer, then drunk on the battery. I prepared pictures, glued, covered with a varnish. I also have no decoupling, but the construction interior.
For the suspension, I also made a different loophole on the boxes: beads, frames for beads, cords for cords, caps from perfume, etc. Frames for beads I was glued to wooden beads-it is one kind of suspension. In another case, the frame for the beads I was stuck to the terminal for cords. If the frames can use rings for carpets.

These bells are made of caps from the bottles for the mixture, it has grown, and the bottles are not needed. The shape of the cap is almost perfect for bells.
Instead of gold paints, I used a bronze powder on wet lacquer, after drying, again lacquered. The result is excellent. Well, who has a gold paint, it will be easier. For decoration, it was still used sequins for nails. I "planted" on a thick nail polish.
The result is quite decent. My household really liked everything.
