You will need:
- Puff pastry (can be used yeast);
- Spinach (can be frozen) 400 gr;
- cream cheese;
- chopped garlic;
- grated solid cheese (you can use several varieties);
- Dry olive herbs, salt, pepper;
- Cream or olive oil
Roll the dough and cut the triangle from it, which will form a future Christmas tree. You will need two such pieces.
Mix the crushed frostbed spinach with cream cheese, solid grated cheese, salt, pepper and rsovers. Add the chopped garlic and distribute the mass over the test.
Cover the filling with a second dough reservoir on which you need to make horizontal strips. Use the back of the knife.
On the sides, take suns, not reaching the center of the Christmas tree, and then turn each twig to the top spiral in the side of the top.
Bake the Christmas tree at a temperature of 180 degrees 25-30 minutes. After readiness, apply melted creamy or olive oil with herbs and chopped garlic on it.
