Hi to all lovers of homemade! Today I want to share with you a simple way to modernize the usual hammer. Although the replacement of nails and the self-tapping screws came, but sometimes without them anywhere. When with the help of nails, it is necessary to firmly knock down two boards, we use the tip of the clogged nail with the passage and then score it into the board. When there are several pieces of such nails, then this can be done with the help of the passage, but when they are over a hundred, then the hands from bending begin to root, so I want to show an easy way, how it can be done using only a hammer.
We take the most ordinary hammer. I have it with flat faces.
Now it needs to make a label and put it, retreating from the edge near a centimeter.
Next in the marked place drill a hole. You need to drill before the middle of the hammer. It is best to do this on a drilling machine, but if it is not, then you can and drill.
Now you can experience a modified hammer. We score a nail through two boards, then we dress the tip of the nail to the hammer, at that opening, which was previously drilled and bend the tip.
Next, just score a broken nail into a tree.
As you can see the refinement is very simple, and the process speeds up and due to the lever hammer, the tip is much easier.
