So. We sew a thin skirt for full. A description may be long, but I will try to set out all the nuances.
1. Fabric selection. Fabric chose slippery, heavy (heavy slippery silk, chiffon, a little worse - staple). You should not take the tissue tissue, rough, poorly draped, very light. You should not choose a fabric with a very active pattern: with a cell, with a pattern, which requires combination. You will need: the length of the skirt in the longest place (see the drawing) + the bending + 5-10 cm to the reserve.
