In winter, fresh greens are very expensive. But why spend all times? After all, it is possible for a very short time to prepare the greenery of the future!
The method implies freezing. We will work with green onions, dill and parsley. This will require a bottle and several polyethylene packages. Previously, the whole greens is thoroughly washed and sucked.
It is especially careful about the drying of green onions: the lack of water in it is critical. The onion is cut into a sharp knife - this is required not to squeeze extra juice in the cooking process. It refers to a bottle. It is better to take bottles from the milk with a wide neck.
Dill and parsley also shine finely. They are scattered on small sachets with ziplocks - to close as close as possible.
That's all, it remains to gently put the greens in the freezer. In winter, it will be very tasty!
