Delicious soup with meatballs
Ingredients
400 g beef for soup (bones)
1 Petrushki root
120 g of carrots, grated on a large grater
1 bulbs (small)
1 Tomato
1-2 potatoes
1 cup of fresh green peas (grains or young pods)
1/2 Sweet Red Pepper
3-4 laurel leaves
Salt, ground black pepper

400 g beef minced
1/2 cup rice

Cooking
Put beef in a cold water pan (about 2.5 liters) and bring to a boil. Remove the foam and boil for 1-1.5 hours on slow heat.
Clean and cut the root of parsley, onions, soda on the grater carrot and put all the vegetables in the broth. Boil another 20-30 minutes.
While the broth is boiled, make meatballs. To do this, put rice into a small pan, pour it with cold water, salt and put on moderate fire. After boiling, cook for about 10 minutes. Fold rice on the colander, rinse with cold water and let cool to room temperature.
Put mince into a bowl, add salt and black pepper. Add chilled rice and mix everything thoroughly.
Roll into small meatballs from the prepared minced meat.
When the broth will be ready, remove a piece of meat out of it and set aside for use in any other dish.
Clean and cut potatoes with pieces. Put it in the soup.
Cut the tomato on small pieces and also add to the soup.
Add polka dot to soup.
Cut the pepper with thin strips and also put it in the soup. Boil soup on moderate heat for 10 minutes.
Add prepared meatballs to the soup, spray and pepper. Break another 10 minutes, then turn off the fire and give it in another 10 minutes.
