They surprisingly combine the taste of pizza and the two advantages of Cheburekov - a thin, gentle, bubble dough and a fullness of juice. You can make them easily and quickly, but be careful if you do not want to gain excess weight.

They are so tasty that it is enough to try them once, so that you always want them. It comes from this recipe about 50 pies and it is very difficult to stay in order not to eat them all in 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

For dough:

  • Flour - 3 mugs with a volume of 300 gr.
  • Boiling water - 1 mug of 300 gr.
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons.

For filling:

  • Brynza - 200-300 gr.
  • Large bunch of greenery (dill + parsley)
  • Garlic - 6-10 small shots
