Such a coffee jar, decorated in the decoupage technique and decorated with grains of coffee, will become an excellent gift for all coffee lovers.
To work, we will need:
jar
Napkins,
Prints,
PVA glue,
acrylic glossy lacquer
acrylic paints (white, light brown, brown, gold two types),
Acrylic wood powder
Gold paint in the can
For lid decoration: Coffee grains, anise, paper, heart beads,
Glue "Moment" transparent.
The jar is well washed to wash the dishes. PrintsThe pictures are coated with two layers of acrylic glossy varnish (it is necessary to protect pictures from the subsequent mechanical exposure).
The surprise in the form of a heart will be at the bottom of the jar and make it using the reverse decoupage. We tear the motif with a heart from a napkin and glue on the diluted PVA glue by the face on the bottom of the banks.
In the same way, we glimpse with napkin motifs on the coffee panel of the bank on all sides:
Here it looks like a heart at the bottom of the jar:
And these are coffee motifs from the sides:
After drying the pasted napkins, we cover the bank with acrylic varnish into one layer. This is necessary in order for the paint in the subsequent staining, the paint has not leaked through the glorified napkin and does not spoil the pattern.
When the varnish is completely dry, we can paint the jar with a piece of foam rubber with white acrylic paint. For a warmer background, you can mix white paint with a small amount of light brown.
So beautifully looks like our jar from the inside:
After complete drying, the paint sticks on the glue PVA on four sides can the printing of pictures on a coffee theme, while watching the edges of the pictures were well glued.
Since the printouts we did not fastened, you need to hide the edges for something volumetric. To do this, use acrylic putty. Apply a putty with your finger, forming small convex patterns.
We leave the jar to the complete drying of the putty, depending on the thickness of the layer it can take from 3 to 6 hours. Puttlefish applied with a thick layer when drying cracks. Cracks we hide in the process of subsequent staining of putty acrylic paint.
For dried paint, there are two types of acrylic gold slightly.
Next, we will deal with a lid from the can.
On transparent universal glue "Moments" gluing coffee grains and other decorations at will. In this case, this is an anise asterisk, a heartband of paper and beads in the shape of hearts.
When the glue is completely dry, we will apply a gold paint from the can on the cover. If desired, the lid can be simply covered with a transparent varnish.
The lid sidewalls will paint the same paint as a jar, and we will also pass a slightly sponge with the gold paint on the sidewall of the lid and on the protruding decorations.
The jar decorate the grains of coffee by sticking them to the glue "moment". It remains to cover the jar with several layers of acrylic varnish and our jar is ready for a coffee lover ready!
