Ingredients for test (36 pcs):

100 grams of butter room temperature;

100 ml of vegetable oil;

100 grams of sugar;

1 egg;

3 tbsp. l. cocoa;

1 package of vanilla sugar (10 g);

1 package package (10 gr);

400 grams of flour;

a pinch of salt.

Impregnation:

200 ml of water;

200 gr sugar.

Ganash:

50 grams of bitter or milk chocolate;

20 grams of butter.

Getting cooking:

1. Softened butter mix with a fork with vegetable. We add an egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, all are well stirred.

2. Gradually sift flour with a breakdler and cocoa.

3. First, the fork, and then knead the tight oily dough.

4. Plug up from the test small pieces, form balls and send it to be baked in the oven, heated to 170-180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
