Sometimes it just annoys. And so there was an idea to come up with some chest for coming daily newspapers, magazines, advertising, etc. So that you can quickly see and disassemble them, then the sofa will be order.
Now the question arose: where is it all nin? What do you think about the container? And, as often happens, the case helped me. Somehow walked around the city and went into the furniture store. Even I don't know why. In the corner at the exit lay a cluster of unnecessary things. Why I say so confidently, because the seller was knighted on the utility worker for disorder. But before this worker removed the garbage, my eyes fell on a small chest. An old felling wooden box with a handle. I clung to her with two hands and stolen the worker to give it to me. I was just happy as a child. Even paid some small amount, which the worker was very surprised, but was delighted.
The trunk was pretty good at the top, but inside was horror.
I decided to start with him.
First of all, I removed the inner partition for cutlery, then I had to ask my husband to help.
Then the scraper I removed the irradiated paint, varnish, paper. In general, everything that was there. Next, we have lost the sandpaper. Water all alcohol to exclude any infection.
Now it's time for a putty on the tree, she all lined up. Once again cleared the skin.
Then I began to guide the external "makeup."
Outside, everything also passed the sandpaper for better clutch with the surface. Then painted white coated paint. She lies well, does not crack. While the paint did not dry, I made a damp cloth lightweight horses on the corners of the box. It was necessary to cry around 2 times, because the dark color was difficult to paint. Losts also had to do again, but it was worth it. It turned out beautifully. I must say that lately I was fascinated by white paint. But it really works beautifully.
Everything seems ready. I was not failed to start the picture of the stencil.
I highlighted a gray paint, where I will apply the word "Paris". It helps the painter tape, I made smooth stripes and caused a contrasting paint.
When everything is dry, you can remove the tape and the smooth stripes are obtained.
Now it's a stencil. I already decided to paint with dark gray paint. Black - did not solve, because Too strong contrast and looks not very good.
The stencil also secured his scotch, so that there was no shift and began to work. Then carefully removed. It turned out beautiful, but rescued.
I decided to immediately enlisure the drawing of the stencil with the background of the casket and applied from above the dry brush in the drawing of the stencil smear.
Now it turned out beautiful and cute.
Inside, I blocked the chest with a cloth stretched on paper.
In this chest, I can easily sort all the papers, and also decided to put the remote from the TV, which always has to look for when I want to see anything. I like!
