Depending on the type of paint and on what is your carpet, the results of painting can work out different. If you take paint for textiles (liquid or powder), then bright and dark tones will be better lying to a light carpet and can only partially change the tone of the dark carpet. If you need to paint stains, especially dark, it is better to use paint saturated colors. Patterns made of acrylic paint clean the carpet of any color, but can make it hard. There are also acrylic paints with the addition of rubber, they are more elastic, the painted surface is somewhat softer, but it is also painted well as a simple acrylic - the appearance of the carpet can be changed completely.
