You will have extra insoles, which are enough for one season socks guaranteed. And it is not difficult to change them, making exactly the same, is quick and very cheap.

To the leg breathe, you can also make some chaotic holes with scissors on the surface of the insole.

You need to wear them, applying the insole from the heat transferser with a foil side to your usual insole. For greater bonding, you can point to stick two super-glue insoles, although it is optional. Be sure to try this ingenious trick!
