The salty, fragrant, spicy and soft fish turns out on this recipe pretty quickly. You can take any fish that you love, and this marinade is universal, you can say, classic, for quick and tasty marinion. Take a double portion of the fish at once, because it will fly away from the table in one moment!
Ingredients for pickled fish:
- Salaka - 2.5 kg;
- Water - 1 l;
- Salt - 3 tbsp. l. ;
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- Bay leaf - 3 pcs;
- Peas pepper - 15 pcs;
- Carnation - 3 pcs;
- Vinegar 9% - 100 ml.
Getting cooking:
1. In a liter of water, we dissolve sugar, salt, spices. We put on fire, waiting for boiling and boil exactly 30 seconds, remove and cool to room temperature.
2. In the meantime, we will prepare fish: we tear off your head and remove the insides, rinse.
3. In the finished marinade, add vinegar, then the resulting marinade fill fish. We send to the refrigerator for a day (or for 15 hours if you like a low-headed).
4. A day later, fish is ready. We rinse it from marinade under running water. Onions cut as you like. We add to it 2 h. Sugar, 1 tsp. Salt, 1 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%, mix. We leave to pickle for 15 minutes.
5. Fish pull out the ridge, put the first layer in the pre-prepared container.
6. Singing the fish with a pickled bow and add a couple of tablespoons of oil. We continue until all the fish end.
