To arrange the tracks in the garden, you can make a concrete tile with your own hands. It will cost quite inexpensive, and it will not take as much time. It can be stacked closely, or make stepper tracks.
What will take:
- Tile casting form (can be used plastic shoe pallet);
- testing;
- dropsy;
- cement;
- water;
- Masonry grid.
Tile manufacturing process
It is necessary to choose a plastic form in which concrete will be poured. Its height should be at least 20 mm (in this example, a shoe pallet is used).
From the inside it is lubricated by working out.
A concrete is half poured into the form. For its preparation, 2 parts of the discrain and 1 part of the cement are mixed. Water must be poured at least to achieve greater strength of the solution.
The first layer of the solution is stacked by a masonry welded mesh.
Then the shape is filled with concrete to the end. It is necessary to keep it well to drive air bubbles.
On the second day, the tile is removed and the next one is poured. So slowly you can make them any amount by paying 10 minutes per day.
After 28 days, the tile is gaining full strength and can fit. Since it is reinforced, even a small thickness will be enough to withstand the weight of a person. Splanka is stacked on a flat compacted base, preferably on a sandy pillow.
