How to create lacquer miniature on stone

I prepared this publication for a long time. Started last year.

I wanted to show you how I create my unique decorations.

After all, lacquer miniature painting on the stone is a long and painstaking process.

It all starts with ideas: my or customer.

For example, I want lilies. White, gentle lilies. I start the search on the Internet inspirational clip art.

And already under it we select pebbles, on which painting will be made, or several to see what it will be better to combine and ideas.

For lilies, a tinted translucent agate with a wild edge was chosen.

The next step is the creation of a sketch.

It is more convenient for me to work on a computer in Photoshop graphic editor.

I create a primary layer with a stone in Photoshop.

Then the second layer, to which I impose the selected image.

And I look at how they are combined, whether I like the composition.

If everything suits me, I print a ready-made layout.

The next step is the preparation of a stone, giving the mattness of its surface - the removal of shine

For what it is necessary: ⠀

• so that the lacquer coating is better;

• In order for the picturesque layer after some time, it does not move away from the stone. ⠀

It is convenient for me to hide a diamond barged stone, especially the sides, you can do it with a large skirt, and you can do with diamond noodles who like it.

And you can use the machine for manicure and stone cutters.

Further I do a ship.

The ship is a drawing on a tracing, with which we transfer the composition to a stone.

I take a tracker, put a stone on it, buckle.

I impose a traction with a loop on the finished layout and neatly redraw a pencil. Next, the drawing is repeated with oil paint from a back side.

Then gently imprint the drawing from the flooring on the stone.

That's so difficult and just at the same time.

As you can see in order to start painting, you need to prepare well.

We start painting. ⠀

1 layer of painting - Zamilevok ⠀

Male begins for raw. Moved the image and rub the paint. In this case, I immediately drew fine streaks and outlined leaves and blades. ⠀

Such work and covered with varnish. ⠀

When the lacquer was applied, the decorative substrate was added - crumbly pearl, and then covered again. ⠀

2 layer of painting - the transverse ⠀

I start with the shadows, because it is so easier to rub it, you are not afraid to spoil the drawing. Then there comes a turn of petals and leaves. ⠀

Sometimes, for example, in this case, the transverse is stretched for two, or even three layers. ⠀

Dried work, covered with varnish.

Sandbed and continue painting.

At first I wanted to write purely white lilies, but then, change my mind, added colors. And it is easier to rub the lacquer, if you don't like it, you can always erase. ⠀

You probably noticed that I have lilies without stamens and pestles. I draw them separately on the next layer. You can, of course, wait when the paint dries and, not covering the varnish, but I will be confused. ⠀

After each picturesque layer, crucial work and be covered with varnish. ⠀

With the next coating, I added rhinestones. Put them immediately in the crude varnish.

It turned out like small dew droplets. ⠀
