Very simple, but at the same time unusual, hearty and beautiful dish from eggplants - just a dream! The ingredients use the simplest, in the cooking technology there is also nothing complicated. Result and taste - above all silence! Be sure to prepare these eggplants in a new way - with filling and tomato sauce, and they will become your favorite dinner dish!
You will need the following ingredients:
- 2 large eggplants;
- 250 grams of minced;
- 1 average bulb;
- 1 egg;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 2-3 tbsp. l. flour;
- Spices: Coriander, Zira, Paprika, Salt to taste.
For sauce you will need:
- 350 ml of water;
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 1 \ 2 h. Salts and 1 \ 2 h. Sahara.
Getting cooking:
1. In the eggplants, cut off the tails, cut along in half and cut on halves.

3. Pour eggplants with salted water and leave for 15-20 minutes to remove bitterness. Rinse.
4. In the bowl mix mince, foolish onions, garlic, spices, egg and flour, mix everything thoroughly.

7. We mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Pour the sauce in the pan, put eggplants, cover with a lid and shops on a small heat for 15-20 minutes.
