Step by step decision:

6. After our first layer of paint is dry. We apply the second. We are waiting for complete drying for 10 minutes.
7. Now, finally, we apply the third layer of paint to our small circle. We apply the third layer, because our paint is light. We are waiting for complete drying for 10 minutes.
8. We apply everything that we stick to see the picture that should work out. After that, we begin to glue.
9. After all beads were glued, we start to decorate nail polish.
10. That's what we did. Color contours can be bought in stores for creativity. Universal glue and decorative paint can be bought in a construction store. The glue is better to apply on the bead, and then only its crate.
