Sometimes there is a need to make something from the wire. In most cases, it must be as long as possible for this. The problem is that due to the specifics of the storage of wire smooth it is almost never happening. It is not so difficult to fix it, in any case, if you are familiar with one "folk" cunning. It allows you to quickly and without singular wricks even thicker rolling products.

So, before you take for a difficult task for straightening thick wire, you should prepare. To turn the entire operation, something will need some tool, including homemade. It will take a welding machine, preferably with a "native" or homemade button on-shutdown. It is also necessary to prepare the means of individual protection, primarily the gloves for hands.

Now, as for the homemade tool. There is nothing difficult in it. In essence, it is just two any segment of the profile pipe, to which the nuts are welded with one of the sides (you can wash). When everything is prepared for work, you can take a wire straightening.

One pin of the welding machine is attached to the first cutting of the pipe. A other contact accordingly attach to the second segment of the pipe. After that, cut off a piece of wire that interests us of lengths. With the help of pliers from each end we make a fixing bend, approximately 1 cm.

We use the created hooks to fix the wire on the washers welded to pipe segments. We stretch the wire as much as possible, then turn on the welding machine. We wait until the wire will grow hot.
