You can leave the whole pattern immediately on the gloves themselves, but it is first uncomfortable due to the fact that they are very narrow and long, secondly, impractical, as they are also knitted, and embroidery can be deformed in the socks process. The maximum of the elements is better made separate, and then put them on the product.
The largest and most beautiful element in the pattern is Rosan. In order to transfer its image to the felt, you can use the workpiece at the end of the master class or how I spoke through the glass through the glass copied the image from the printout and then cut it out.
In order for the Gzhel Rose to be volumetric, we cut the same petals for three inner petals, but by 1-2 mm less incense. And for the most inner, we do the third petal - the smallest. By the way, these small petals do not require a big accuracy, all uneven edges will hide beaded, which will fall on top of them.
After that, we collect our pyramids from petals with the help of glue of moment and tweezers. Immediately glue and the central crystal of oval shape.
After drying the glue, we sew through the holes in the zadas crystal to our felt.
And begin to draw our petals. To do this, we use beads of different shades, creating the "smear shadow" effect (in this case, darker tones closer to the edges, and the most bright in the center). We bring the needle to the edge of the petal, we ride the required amount of beads and make the needle in the opposite edge of the petal. The amount of beads depends on how stretched and convex the figure turns out.
The main secret of Gzheli is the strokes, the correct ratio of the blue and white (combination of "whiteness of the snow-covered fields of the Moscow region and the transparent blue sky"). In addition, each subsequent smear differs from the previous one. The first strokes are the most juicy, but as they remove from the center, they will be brighten.
So we, besides the transition of color from the edges to the middle of the petals, we are still doing the lighter every next couple of petals. So for the first pair, we used the beads of shades 1-3, for the second - 3-5, the third - 4-6, the fourth - 6-7.
It remains to add grated beads and beads 8/0 by narrow edges.

Step 3-4: We do similarly to rosana petals (step 3 - bead color №4-6, step 4 - color number 2-3).
Leaf 2.
For other leafies, Sphinx Eye 15x4mm crystals (Sphinx's eye) were perfectly approached.

Make the leaf of these two lines, like a leaflet number 1.
Step 4: Similar to Rosana petals fill all the remaining free space (bead color №3-4).

Step 4: Remember how we made the leaps, and repeat the same, only adding 4 beads. In our case, it is very similar to a piece of leaf, only rounded shape. And in the top of the top, we added one major bead and two small 4mm on the sides of it.

And before, the ancient Russian Gzhel (Maitolika) painted the "five-flowers" - white enamel (base), green (salt of copper), yellow (antimony salts), cherry (soldiers of manganese), blue (cobalt salts). The unchanged remained only the basis is a white background.
