To work off strikes with hands and legs, you can make a very simple wall simulator from the tire. It has a simple device, which allows it to be made literally in 1 hour.
Materials:
- plywood;
- The car tire is preferably with a strongly worn protector;
- Self-tapping screw;
- washers;
- Dowel or Anchors.
The process of manufacturing a simulator
It is necessary to measure the diameter and width of the tire. Stripping from the size of the size, the base is cut from thick plywood under the installation of half the tire. It is done in the form of a rectangle. Its width should be larger than the tire diameter by 30-40 cm, and the width is 20 cm. After trimming the plywood, the chamfer is removed from it.
Holes for future mounting on the wall are drilled.
You can also paint it, it does not hurt, if you plan to install a simulator on the street.
The tire is cut into 2 parts with a grinder, so as to form an eye on its edges for fastening. With a cut of a grinder there will be a lot of caustic smoke, so it is better to do it on the street. On the protector, it cuts across, then along the sidewall line by 10 cm in a smaller side. The cutter cuts are performed at a small angle from the transverse section of the tread. If there are no plywood sufficient size, then when trimming the tire you can make a cut less than half, causing it under the available base.
Next, half of the tires with eyelets are screwed to the base of plywood. For this, self-tapping screws with washers are used, which will exclude the breakthrough of rubber. It will be enough for 4 self-sales for each side.
Then the simulator is screwed to the wall through the previously made holes at the corners of plywood. Depending on the material of the wall, hanging is performed on kapron dowels, metal or chemical anchors. The arrangement of the simulator is selected under the growth of the training.
To train the shock technology, it is advisable to use gloves or at least bandages. The form of the simulator allows you to work out direct strikes, from the bottom side. When training without gloves, try to be in the center of the tread, there rubber is softer. Also, the simulator is suitable for working out techniques of kicks, it is especially convenient to apply straight. The second part of the tire can be saved and in the future, if necessary, trim also and use to replace when the first half breaks and loses the form. The actual resource of the simulator from the tire is very large, so the second part can be thrown out, because until the replacement of the first will appear new worn tires.
