Step 1. Fabric consumption and cutting
Women's skirt: 6 layers of black tulle
Fabric consumption for a 6-layer tulle skirt with a tulle width 140 cm: the desired skirt length in centimeters x 12 (example: the desired length of the skirt = 80 cm. 0.80 m x 12 = 9.60 m tissue flow).To cut the panels, the skirts first need to decide on the skirt length: the waist to tie the ribbon, from the tape down to measure the desired length of the skirt.
The width of the slave skirt corresponds to the width of the tulle (140 cm).
For one layer of skirt, 2 panels of skirts are stepping = side seams.
For a 6-layer skirt, 12 cloth skirts will be needed.

Cutting:
12 frames of a skirt with a width of 140 cm x Skirt length.
Measure the waist girth: for this, a centimeter ribbon to clamp freely the upper part of the body in the most narrow place. To this magnitude, add 2 cm for points and cut off the segment of the elastic ribbon of the corresponding length: the length of the elastic ribbon = waist girth + 2 cm.
Children's skirt: 4 layers of black tulle, 2 layers of brilliant tulle
Fabric consumption for a 6-layer tulle skirt with tulle width 140 cm:
Tulle with sequins (2 layers): the desired skirt length in centimeters x 4.
Black Tulle (4 layers): the desired length of the skirt in centimeters x 8 (example: the desired length of the skirt = 40 cm. Tulle with sparkles 140 cm wide: 0.40 m x 4 = 1.60 m Fabric consumption. Black color width 140 cm: 0.40 m x 8 = 3.20 m Fabric flow rate).
Cutting:
From tulle with sparkles: 4 panels of the skirt with a width of 140 cm x Skirt length.
From the black tulle of the black: 8 panels of the skirt wide 140 cm x Skirt length.
Step 2.
For each layer 2, the panels of the skirts are folded by the front sides and stack side cuts on overlock (= side seams).
Step 3.
All 6 layers put one in another, aligning the side seams, and torn the upper sections in the porter pins.
Step 4.
Upper cut Skirts to dwell. To do this, at a distance of 7 mm and 1.5 cm from the top slice, lay the maximum stitch along the machine line.Step 5.
Scroll to dwell on the upper threads to a length equal to the girth of the hips + 5 cm. The ends of the thread tightly tie. Assembly to distribute evenly.
Step 6.
The upper cut of the skirt is divided into 4 equal parts and place them with pins. Side seams at the same time serve as guidelines.
Step 7.
