All you need is:
1.Derevatoy frame, I used the remnants from the old window.
2. Moskit grid.
3. SELLO-Lobzik, saw too.
4. Meeting stapler to hide the frame mesh.
5. Decrease (lipid tape, as for clothes)
6. Live office stapler, in order to compile velcro with a mosquito net.
One side is robbed by Velcro and get a kind of door.

Maybe, not the best design, but it is simple, cheap, does not require special skills or tools, it all cost me 26 hryvnia (2 meters of mesh = 16 UAH + 2 meters of Velcro = 10 UAH) and approximately the hour of work.
