Mini bar do it yourself

Hello everybody! Today we will make a small portable bar in the form of a wooden book.

We split off along the ax and get the workpiece, process it with a plane and make the inner surface completely flat. Remove the bark of the tree. With an empty bottle, we measure the thickness of our "books", we will have 120 mm. We cut off too much and get such a workpiece.

Now we cut it along the electroll bison. It will be the end of our "book." It will be open.

Next we will insert a conventional piano loop. The total height of our product will be 310 mm.

Now we will make the covers. We take 2 piece of plywood width under the A4 sheet, do the length of 2 cm shorter than our side blank. We will also need a plate with a width of 10 mm, which we spawn the desired length and a wooden corner. We glue all the details of PVA joiner's glue.

By analogies we collect the second cover. We tighten the covers with a tight rope and leave drying out for a day.

The drill with the emery nozzle is grinding everything in one plane. We put a loop and cover the boxes on a water-based mourn. After drying, we pass on the surface of emery paper. Next, we make velvet inserts inside covers.
