As promised, I want to show what I did "blinds" from newspapers. I needed - newspapers (quantity depends on the size of the blinds), the caprochy thread,
PVA glue, scissors and patience, a lot of patience!
From the newspapers sheltered the tubules, according to the size I needed the size of them (it was enough to connect 2 tubes), then it was to bind them to the caprony thread in 3 rows. Thread tied on 2 nodal.

When it reached the right length, a wooden slat was secured for the thread - this is the top of the blind. Then he fastened them vertically and covered the PVA glue, which added some water and sampling.
After drying, covered with a varnish "plum". That's what happened!
We have a very bright room, so we do not raise them, and you can still attach to the bottom of 2 rings, and on the speech 2 carnation - and if you need to raise! Thank you!
