The method of weaving does not claim to absolute truth, but can inspire someone or serve as a master class.
To begin with, we cut off a piece of Paracona for a couple of centimeters longer than the desired and screw the spring from the steel wire. Separately grind a little rings a little smaller size. I have a cross section of 0.8 mm internal diameters of rings 4.1 and 3.7 mm:
For used here, Inverted Round, in the absence of something inside, the perfect is AR (the ratio of the inner diameter of the ring to the cross section of the wire), equal to 4.3. Due to the "filling" you can increase this value - here ar = 5.1.
