The technology of this work does not depend on the form or on the size of the box. First, separate its outer side, leading the extra material inward, and then, if desired, process the inner side.
You can also pave the lid of the box with a thin layer of synthetic gasket material or cotton, before covering it with a cloth.
You will need
Round box . In the dish, mix a little pva glue with water to the consistency of thick cream. Attach the fabric to the outside of the box, wrapped it in such a way that 2,5 cm batteries remain in the edges and cut the required amount of fabric. Mix the outer side of the box with glue and attach the fabric. Gently glue one edge to another where they converge, turned inside, as shown in the figure (for this cut the material with a slight margin in length).
Make cuts on allowances (2.5 cm) on top and bottom of the box at equal intervals. Turn the outdoor material on the bottom of the box and inside (from above) and glue.
