The builder Simon Dale (Simon Dale) designed its version of the Hobbit House. A limited budget was allocated for the residence at Simon, therefore even untreated trunks of trees and massive branches went to move. The house is partially deepened in the slope, and its roof is covered with green grass. Electricity The house receives through the solar panels, writes "cool theme".
