Every year in rural areas of Japan, after harvesting, a huge number of straw remains. And, of course, the Japanese decided - not to disappear! - Make from these countless sheaves ... Huge straw monsters! In such prefectures as Kagawa and Niigata, the straw art festivals are even held, on which visitors may void have fun with these unusual sculptures. This year, the festival was able to fame: the most different sculptures were presented to the guests - from a huge shark to the straw kangaroo, in the bag of which could be sitting for children! And these straw masterpieces only at first glance seem fragile - in fact, they are based on wooden frames, which are then covered with straw, so the audience can calmly be photographed by relying on them.
