Now there are many beautiful glass plates with bright drawings, but usually they are very expensive. And I suggest you make a decoupage of plates for the new year to surprise friends who will come to visit you.
So, in order to make the reverse decoupage of the plate you will need:
- Glass plate, preferably as flat as possible
- Napkin or printed on Laser printer picture
- Nail scissors
- Marker on glass
- Small soft brush
- Sponge or wide flat brush
- Decamental glue or pva
- Acrylic paint for ceramics
- Acrylic lacquer
Initially, we simulate the design of the plate. You can do this on a separate sheet of paper. Call a plate on the contour and lay out our drawings.
Now neatly small brush smear the drawings with glue on the front side and put on the bottom side of the plate, focusing on the markup. If you stick a drawing from a napkin, then you must first attach to a plate on the reverse side dry Figure from a napkin, and then wrap it with a brush with glue from the reverse side. The napkin is impregnated with glue and sticks to the glass. It is necessary to miss neatly, try not to fall twice the same places of napkins (otherwise it can break).
When all the drawings are glued, you can scroll the opposite side of acrylic paint for ceramics.
After drying, we will have such a plate. If the paints on ceramics require firing, the plate can be baked in the oven. You can use the usual artistic acrylic paint, but then after drying it will need to fasten with acrylic varnish. Such plates can be washed, it is necessary to do it carefully, and in no case will not be inserted in a wash with water - try to keep the rest of the time in a dry condition. Sew only in a vertical position on the dryer for plates!
