Today I proposed. Maximum simple master class on how to make a moving doll from paper with your own hands. For such paper dolls, you can make any clothes with your child, to dream and make several varied characters.
In order to make a paper doll with your own hands, we will need:
- Dense paper desired color
- Colored paper
- Yarn for hair
- Pencils and / or markers
- scissors
- glue
- hole puncher
- Pins / champs or buttons for fastening
- Any decorative elements: buttons, beads, satin ribbons, lace, etc.
- Pieces of fabric
1. For creating such paper dolls, no special skills will be required. All you need is a dense paper for the body of a pupae (so that the expectation is preserved longer) and the fastening items.
As for the paper for the base - use any colors to create your child a unique toy. It may be not only an ordinary man, but also monster, for example, green, mermaid, any animal, etc.
As for the fasteners, you can use pins, as in this case, luberers or small buttons. In the latter case, place two buttons from two sides of the workpiece and spend them with a thin needle with each other.
2. Start creating a torso.
Draw a doll from hand or use the ready-made template proposed in this master class.
Print doll template on thick paper (do not forget to specify it in the printer settings before printing).
3. Cut the items and do the hole holes (you can use awl if you do not have a suitable hole punch with a small hole) in the right places.
4. Finally, go to the most interesting thing: let the child create an interesting character with you on your own. Use yarn for hair, paper or cloth for clothes, markers or pencils for the face.
Use glue for fastening clothes. Do not forget to cut it into composite parts so that the doll moves. For example, a shirt or t-shirt cut off the sleeves and glue them on the handles separately from the main part.
5. Secure the details of the paper doll to the selected way.
To complete the image, you can add decorative elements: buttons, beads, satin ribbons or lace. Voila! Moving paper doll ready!
