Organizer for the needlewoman "Owl"

We are all a little owl, probably. Create, usually, nights and evenings ... :)))

I want to offer you to create for myself or for a friend of needlewomen a very pretty organizer "Owl"

Let's proceed?

For this we need:

-3 Fetra sheet of different colors (I chose violet, lilac and gray);

- small pieces of white and yellow felt on adhesive basis, a piece of brown felt;

- Cotton

-bugous flaps fabric;

- Bead or button for a fastener;

- about 5 cm hawker gum;

- Kruzheva, satin ribbon;

- two small black buttons;

- Bead or button for a fastener;

- about 5 cm hawker gum;

- Kruzheva, satin ribbon;

- Needles, scissors, Pins Portnovsky.

I cut out from the sheets of felt 2 the main parts of the owls, felt plates and a corner without allowances on the seams.

From x / b fabric snatch pocket (here we will definitely lay the allowance for seams (about 3-4 mm)

Attention! Felt plates and pocket Double patterns with a fold (see scheme)

Looped seam sew the basic details of the owl.

To sew a pocket around the perimeter and, leaving a small hole on the side to twist, sew a hole with a secret seam, smooth down the seams and sew a felt plate for a needle on it, having begun in half with the seam "needle back".

Sew on the ward another panel (vertical) seam "Back needle",

Felt corner - to another wing (looped seam), the satin ribbon is also sewed in the place indicated in the scheme.

Now let's start the main owl without round big eyes? I cut them out of the white and yellow felt on the adhesive basis (if there is no such felt you can do well and ordinary, we collect the eye with the help of black butt and glue or sew a looped seam on the place of an eye (according to the scheme)

We will place the back of the owl to taste embroidery - I used conventional stitches, suture "feather" and nodules "Rococo".

On one wing, sew a bead or buttons, on a different looping of a hat with a haired gum.

Now a light movement of the hand bend the top of the details on the side of the owl rush ... and the owls magically appears a beak :)

Gently sewn, fix it in the desired position.

Voila! Our owl is ready! We load our treasures for sewing into it.

And she stores them reliably!
