But, alas, piano come into disrepair or simply cease to be necessary and they are thrown into a landfill. However, for someone, an old musical instrument is an unnecessary trash, and for someone - the most valuable find from which you can create a real masterpiece for the interior.
American Designer Brandon on nicknamed MONK has been working with wood for more than 16 years. His creative carpentry workshop specializes in the use of secondary recycled materials and old antique items. Therefore, the Brandon could not pass by the thrown piano. As a result of work, such a vintage workplace for a laptop, computer, or simply handles with paper appeared. The author initially assumed to use the Apple's products table, so the color solution was selected in bright colors to harmonize with iMac and MacBook.
The wooden frame was almost completely untouched, however, as a string mechanism of the piano. The designer specifically left the strings "for the visual and sound holiday of the senses." All keys from the keyboard were removed, and instead of them, a thoroughly polished straight grinding machine of the tree bars 5 different breeds: cherry, oak, poplar, pine and fir. Such a texture of the surface of the working space resembles the original keys and harmoniously turns into the "musical" decor.
In the same way, the seat of the bench, which can fit several children and adults.
