I want to share a small master class on sewing a Christmas star, which you can decorate the top of the New Year tree.
So, to start the pattern. The size of the finished sprocket is 24cm in diameter. We build eight final star on the diameter of the circle 25cm:
For sewing, we will need:
- 2 kinds of beautiful fabric for the front side of the star;
- fabric for the opposite side;
- Beautiful ribbons for loops and ties;
- lace;
- Beads, beads, sequins.
1. Strip. The opposite side of the star must be cut from two halves - through them we will turn the star!
2. Stitch (red lines). Watch the romance to be stitched from the same sides.
3. Smoothing.
4-5. Stitch and smoothed.
6-7. Stitch and smoothed.
8. Send ribbons to the back of the star:

Be sure to challenge the iron!
Then we fix the central bead, while at the same time sewing a button on the reverse side.
