3D decoupage is a special type of decoupage technique. 3D effect is created by sticking several layers to each other. The layers are pasted using bilateral sticky squares, so they are not glued tight, but only at several points. The picture turns out airy - volumetric. The greater the thickness of the squares, the time it turns out the picture.
If the volume drawing is placed under round glass (or reservoir) 3D effect is still enhanced.
In the photo you see that the volume is created either by repetition of individual parts of the drawing (as a ship), or the whole motive is divided into squares (the picture "horses"), which are also glued on each other, but in different amounts - for example, one column consists of 3 squares A Another of 6.
To work, we will need special paper for 3D decoupage with motifs that are repeated several times in decreasing sizes, double-sided sticky squares. Work is painstaking, requires patience and accuracy.
How it's done:
- Little scissors neatly cut down all the details.
- We begin to stick them in order of reduction - the smallest item from above. On the opposite side of each detail, take a few bilateral sticky quadraticles.
Then the finished element is laid on the basis and the next one begins to assemble. So the whole picture is going. It can be placed in the frame and use as a scenery in the children's room.
