To sewing the costume it took me:
- finished pattern of sizes sweatshirts 92;
- Ready pattern of sports pants 92 sizes;
- Footer Footer red 0.5 m;
- Futter Footer Black 0.5 m;
- Fabric kashkorsh black on cuff and belt 30 cm;
- Rubber zipper black color, 45-50 cm long;
- cord red 1 m;
- 2 limit, 2 locks for cord;
- 2 lover for cutting holes for cord.
Let's start with more complex. First we will sew a sweatshirt, then pants.
I made changes to the pattern of hoodies:
- Front on the sweatshirt No relief lines.
- Front made Zipper Zipper;
- No hood, instead of him stand collar.
Cutting collar: The collar is a rectangle, the length of which is equal to the length of the neck of the finished product, the width is 20 cm, without taking into account points on the seams (in the finished form of the collar width of about 10 cm);
- On the sleeves are made Cuff.
Cutting a cuff: Cuffs are rectangles, the length of which is 10 cm, width - 13 cm, without taking into account the stacks on the seams (in the finished form, the width of the cuff is about 5 cm).
Punches on the seam
I became the details on Overlock, therefore I made allowances on the seams on the width of the overlock of 0.7 cm. Powder on the seams on the cuffs and the collar is also 0.7 cm.
Overlock is best suited for sewing products from knitwear. Who has no overlock, you can first pave an elastic line for the knitwear or a narrow zigzag line, and then the edge to process the Zigzag seam.
Step 1. We combine the front side of the front parts and the backs, we roll them with pins or mix. Then step on Overlock.
Step 2. We combine the front side of the sleeveless parts, we roll them with pins or mois. Then step on Overlock.
Step 3. We connect sleeves with the main part of the product. ATTENTION: Do not confuse the sleeves! We feed the sleeves.
Step 4. Overlaying the bottom of the product and incision for the zipper.
Step 5. We proceed to the manufacture of cuffs (cutting the cuff is described above). Stead every cuff into the ring.
Step 6. We turn the cuffs in half and start.
Step 7. We apply cuffs to the sleeves, we rock in several places with pins and feed. Do not forget to stretch the cuffs evenly during the contraction.
Then turn the cuffs. This is what should happen:
Step 8. I exhibit the collar (cutting the collar described above). We apply it the front side to the neck, we roll pins or we mix and stead.
Step 9. Overlaying the bottom cut of the collar.
Step 10. We retreat from the top of 10.5 cm, we obtain the upper limit to which zipper will be located. My lightning was longer, so I had to trim. From Niza retreat 3 cm - lower boundary.
Step 11. We take a zipper, applying it to the very edge.
Step 12. We feed the zipper, while the seam needs to be laid at a distance of about 2 mm from the teeth.
Step 13. We turn the clashes and sweep the edge, install the champper on the cord hole.
Step 14. We begin the upper part of the collar and take it on the sides of the bike, at the bottom - to the throat line.
Step 15. We can escape all the steps.
Step 16. We pave the seam near the zipper zipper.
Step 17. We pave the seam along the neck, fastening the collar.
Step 18. Tighten the top of the collar.
Step 19. Penitate the bottom of the hoodies and take it.
Step 20. We are reveaving the bottom.
Step 21. We feed the bottom of the nose double needle. Insert the cord.
Step 22. I cut the pockets from the rectangles of 8 × 12 cm, cut the angle as shown in the photo and overlay the cut.
Step 23. Penate and sweep the cut.
Step 24. Welting steps.
Step 25. You can simply lay the line, but you can sew a cord along the edge (exactly the same cord inserted into the bottom of the hoodies).
Step 26. We assign pockets, pins them with pins or take it.
Step 27. We feed the pockets with a double needle. Three sides of the pocket will remain unprocessed. After the edge is applied, it is necessary to stretch a bit, create "boromeness".
Step 28. We glue the thermal block on the pocket, on the ends of the cord put on the clamps and the terminats. Hoody is ready!
