I will try to clarify how I sewed this dress:
I'm not cut, I do not count on centimeters, I do everything on the eye, then I caught on the figure. Therefore, I will not tell about the calculations, I will only say that I had 1 meter of fabric (viscose).
To begin with, a pair of designations to be easier:
First of all, we take fabric folded in half. We draw on it the base of the dress and cut out.
We obtain two halves that will be back and the front. We make the markup of the neck and the castle.
Cut up too much.
We combine parts.
Stitching among yourself.
We flash the seam in the throke of the neck and the bottom of the dress.
Now, show how the so-called swallows are made, only they will not be wedge-shaped.

I indicated the exemplary length of each sweep. As you can see, in general, they are 12 pieces. You need to smooth them to the center.
How they are done:

Next - sleeves. We take the remains of the fabric.
Draw a sleeve.
We connect sleeves with the base of the dress.
We sew the castle.
