After you have prepared all the necessary materials, proceed to cutting stripes (circles, squares, diamonds. Again, it depends on your desire and how much drawing you want to get on the Palantine from the prefelt.
The next stage: lay out our silk to the surface of the table, we make a little wetting and putting the prepared tapes (circles, squares) from the prefelt on our workpiece. When the layout is finished, spraying the entire design with warm water, cover the mesh, soap and put the prefelt to the silk.
