How to make a cuff in the form of a violin key
Another one translation. This time the text separately from the pictures.
For creating Kaffa do it yourself you will need:
- 36 cm wire wire, 1-1.2 mm thick;
- nippers;
- round-rolls;
- marker;
- Line.
Bend the wire in half and capture the middle of the tip of the rounds. Now we will make the bottom curl on the "leg" of the violin key.
Generate around the second end of the rounds one of the sides of the wire. And now, get driven both ends of the wire around the resulting figure.
Using the marker Make a label at a height of 3 cm from the bottom of the "legs" of the violin key. Then bend the wire down, leaving the space to create the upper loop.
Generate wire ends so that they crossed the base at an altitude of 8-9 mm on top. Now make a large semicircle on the left, leading the wire under the base of the violin key.
Continue bending a wire, making a symmetrical bending to the right, let the wire to the top loop of the treble key. Now, continuing to keep the 2nd wire together, you need to make a loop, stretching the wire to the bottom of the violin key.
Be careful not to make the chances on the wire. If you have little experience with wire, then practice thin wires - about 0.6 mm, and only then proceed to the recommended thickness.
So, we still have to make the latest looting on a violin key, it should ride the base with the front side and go on the wrong side.
Last bar - bend the loop in the opposite direction.
Now we make kuffa mount. We assign a wire to the smooth line to the left, measuring 1.4 cm from the base of the violin key. After that, you need to take the wire in the opposite direction so that the total mounting length is 3.5 cm.
Cut off the remaining part of the wire and with the help of the roundheads, we spin the ends in different directions to protect the ears from sharp scratching edges.
It remains to bend fastening the kaffa in the semicircle and adjust it so that the violin key is absolutely even, and the fastening is comfortable on the ear.
